3. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date.

Eligible refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, government permit fees, payment gateway charges, hotel cancellation charges, transportation charges, and any other non-refundable expenses already incurred.
